These are services provided by one of our consultants to a client. On the basis of a need expressed by the client, whether it is a reinforcement of the team or a new project, we propose a consultant responding to the request. The duration of the mission can be short or long and renewed as needed.

Our consultants are either Connect People employees or freelancers representing our company and with whom for the most part we have been working for several years.

How do we recruit our candidates?
Our team uses the most advanced search methods, thanks to our large IT and general network, we help our clients find the ideal candidate. But we also help our candidates find the career opportunity that suits them.

How is the recruitment going?

We contact the candidate by telephone to schedule an initial interview in our offices. During this interview, we evaluate the knowledge of the candidate but also his personality.

We then select the candidates who best fit the context of our client's business. We then send our candidates to the client with a debriefing carried out by us in addition to their CV so that our client has as much information as possible before meeting him.

We also offer a pre-employment service, that is to say that the candidate begins his work in a consultancy framework for a minimum period determined in advance, to then have the opportunity to be hired by our customer.

This therefore allows both the candidate and the client to see if they are a match.
